True monthly cost adds 15% employer National Insurance and 3% auto-enrolment pension to the average UK salary for each role. It excludes recruitment fees, equipment, software and desk space — so the real gap is wider. All Bibo Partners prices exclude VAT. Correct as of August 2026.

The terms, plainly
- Setup fee
- £495 one-off per placement — sourcing, screening and BiboCore™ onboarding
- Minimum term
- Three months. Long enough to judge someone fairly.
- After that
- Rolls monthly. Thirty days' notice, either side.
- Payment
- Invoiced monthly in advance, seven-day terms.
- Placement time
- Typically one to two weeks from first call to start date.
- VAT
- All prices exclude VAT.
We publish this because finding out about a setup fee halfway through a sales call is irritating. We would rather you knew now.

Because it is a different product. A freelancer at £8 an hour is someone you find, train, manage and chase yourself. We do all of that, and we carry the risk if it does not work out. Most of our clients tried the cheap route first.

Sourcing and screening, BiboCore™ training, ongoing performance management, equipment and connectivity, and the replacement guarantee. The rate is all-in — there is no second invoice.

Not mid-term. We review rates annually with 30 days' notice, and we will always tell you why.

Most clients start with one and add a second within a few months. Each placement is priced the same way — talk to us if you are building a team of three or more.
