FAQS

  • No — experience with UK/US clients is a plus, but we consider all backgrounds. What matters most is professionalism, English fluency, and reliability.

  • A reliable computer, stable internet (minimum 25 Mbps), a quiet workspace, and a good headset. Some roles may have additional requirements.

    Backup essentials are a must in case of power outages — alternative workplace or UPS for your computer and router, plus a mobile data backup for internet.

  • Most placements are full-time (40 hours/week), aligned with UK business hours. Some part-time roles are available.

  • No — clear, professional English is what matters. Your natural accent is welcome.

  • Usually 2–3 weeks from application to placement, depending on the role and client match.

  • Our proprietary training program covering UK business communication, tools, and professional standards. It's completed before your first client engagement.
